This performance sire Is easy fleshing and is recommended for heifers.

Next Generation Genetics.
Proven uniformity with superior phenotype, feed efficiency and
genetically proven tenderness.

The visual appraisal of 8023 and his progeny have been very positive while being
remarkably consistent and pheotypically balanced, carrying his superior structure and

muscle. Calving ease is the norm, with light birth weights and powerful performance being

produced on a variety of female types and ages, including numerous heifers.

Easy fleshing genetics don't come in a more prominent package. 8023 weighed 2400

pounds off summer pasture, white still recording a 5+ frame score. He had a yearling scan

REA of 14.37 square inches and a 4.1% IMF score. 8023 has a large mature testicle

measurement of 40 cm, and his semen production is very high quality, and high in volume.

8023 calves are thick, have very correct structure, and a super deep rib and hind quarter.

They are fancy, strong topped and tight sheathed. At five years of age, 8023 has never

had his feet trimmed, he's very sound and an agile, free-moving bull, with balanced

numbers across the full range of production, maternal, carcass and $values.

Nine Pathfinder sires and dams contribute to 8023's pedigree, resulting in a tremendously

balanced EPD profile, ranking him in the top 20% of proven sires for $G and WEPD. His

CED, YEPD and $W rank in the top 25%, balanced with a BEPD in the lowest 30%, giving

producers a very functional package. His $F is in the top 30% of the breed and his $EN is

+5.98.

8023 calves consistently average in the mid 70 pound birth weight range and calve easily

from first calf heifers.

BREEDER BLOGS-

4/4/07 - Dan Deichmann Livestock Brokerage

"Over the last 3 years there have been 200 heifers calved by 8023 with reports of great calving ease. The calves really grow, they are heavy and FANCY".

2/8/08 - Chris Baker - White Rock Ranch, Whitehall, MT

"We calved out our first 8023 heifers in January and they are dynamite! AN of them were very gentle with extra nice, level udders and perfect teat size. They give lots of milk, clearly more than the daughters we have out of 8023's sire. We are going to substantially increase our use of 8023 this spring."
